So day 1 is officially over and all in all it went pretty well. I did have to cheat a little on the meal plan but that’s only because I didn’t read the whole shpeal until I had eaten breakfast this morning. Plus I had to go shopping for the necessary groceries.
I didn’t, however, cheat on the workout. I have the (already) sore body to prove it. Wow, she really does kick your butt in just 10 minutes. Now imagine what she can do in 90! It’ll all be worth it.
No pain no gain, right?
PS- I think I’m gonna report weekly instead of daily because I can imagine posts getting repetitive and boring if I write everyday…
